Leading Out Of Passion

Hello, I do apologize for missing last weeks VLOG post.  My computer was under repair, and it is the only computer in my life fast enough to produce video.  Back from the IPro Center and it is doing great!  On to VLOG 1.4 New Format!  Four Minutes Long!  All the normal great content but in condensed version!  
This week we are looking at how we lead our families, are we leading out of passion or duty?  They both will get the job done, but one inspires our family to follow our lead, and grow in passion as well.
