Hello to all, I want to say thank you for continuing to press in and learn and grow with God! Today I want to encourage you to live free chasing after God not needing to defend yourself, or protect yourself every step of the way.  Lets face it if God is doing these things for us then we can be free to do other important things.  I hope you enjoy the video for Jon today, it gives us great list of things that we can spend our time on.

The Challenge: Okay today your challenge is to live out this verse.  Which means you need it before you so you can really answer the question and I living out this verse.  One way to do this is key words. So lets look at a list of the Key Words: Live with,
Tenderhearted mercy
Kindness Humility
Gentleness
Patience
Forgiveness
Love
Peace
Thankfulness
Now write down the key words and keep them with you look at them and make it a point to live out of them.  Make yourself known for these words.  Let these words be the words that people use to describe you.  Now what I want you to understand if you stay focused on these words you will be depending on God all day to help you live them out.  When we become distracted by defending and protecting ourselves all the time, we take God out of the picture and we focus on the wrong things.
Give it a try and tell me how it changes your attitude and what you experience throughout the day!

Verse For The Day:  Here is the verse of the day, Live It Out!  Colossians 3:12-15New Living Translation (NLT) 12 Since God chose you to be the holy people he loves, you must clothe yourselves with tenderhearted mercy, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. 13 Make allowance for each other’s faults, and forgive anyone who offends you. Remember, the Lord forgave you, so you must forgive others. 14 Above all, clothe yourselves with love, which binds us all together in perfect harmony. 15 And let the peace that comes from Christ rule in your hearts. For as members of one body you are called to live in peace. And always be thankful.

Thank you for tuning in!  I hope that you are seeing change in your lives and your attitudes as you keep digging in.  Remember to put it into practice and go for it!  You will see the best results when you dive in head first!

You can do it!

Ch

That is awesome Lewis! Yeah it is amazing what can happen when we dig in and follow God's plan for our life. Things change for the good. Just a small change on our part and wow God steps in and makes big changes. That is such and awesome encouraging word Lewis. Nice use of emojis! Thanks for tuning into YDC. You are awesome!

This is a place where you can find growth and challenges.   Growth is found when we are challenged and we are uncomfortable.  Daily Devo's to push you and make you think about who God is and who you are in God....
