Hello to everyone!  I hope you are making the most out of Your Daily Challenge! Today I want you to ask this question.  Who is really in charge?  When we say that we are followers of Jesus it is more than just a statement.  It means that we are really following Jesus.  Which then means we have to allow Him to make decisions in our life.  We have to check in with Him, we have to follow His leading and we have to trust in His decisions.  We all make decisions everyday, check out this statement from the web. (According to multiple sources on the Internet, the average amount of remotely conscious decisions an adult makes each day equals about 35,000. In contrast, young children only make about 3,000 decisions each day.)  You might make less that 35,000 but the number is not as important as how you make your decisions, especially the big ones. So take a look at this video about who’s in charge.

The Stool

The Challenge:
Today I want you to challenge yourself to run all decisions through this filter. “What would Jesus have me do in this decision?”  It is a simple question, which can be followed up by you taking a moment and asking Jesus to show you want to do.  At first you may think that this really does not matter but as you go through the day you will see that it will really change how your day goes and what you experience during the day.  I Challenge you to give Jesus your stool.

Verse For The Day:
Isaiah 30:21 Wether you turn to the right or the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying “This is the way; walk in it.”
The Holy Spirit always wants to guide us, He wants to help us and direct us.  You have to ask and then listen for the direction as you make decisions.  We are not robots we have free will!  So in order to make the most out of your life you will have to trust the decisions that you make to Gods Guidance. I can promise you this as you take this challenge you will see changes in your life!

Press on in the daily challenges.  Know that I am so very proud of you and excited that you continue to check in and grow your faith in God.  I am praying for you each and every day!  Expect Big things in your life and you will find them.
Be Blessed

Awesome, yeah we can't 1/2 cheek God out of the stool. We partner with God in all that we do but we have to follow His Lead!
Thanks for tuning into YDC!

This is a place where you can find growth and challenges.   Growth is found when we are challenged and we are uncomfortable.  Daily Devo's to push you and make you think about who God is and who you are in God....
